My practice focus...
Mental health is complex, and struggles like anxiety and depression often intertwine with activism, creativity, and identity. While my practice focuses on certain identities, I recognize that many people experiencing more acute mental health concerns can benefit from my affirming and nonjudgmental approach. I offer a space where you can explore any challenges with greater ease and understanding, and I welcome anyone looking for meaningful support.

An Evolving Process

Hi, I’m Ben.
In my work, I strive to create a trusting, collaborative space that allows us to explore the relationships in your life. I believe that early relationship patterns often inform difficulties we might face in the present. Therapy is a practice that helps us become more aware of these patterns and dynamics, and work to change them.
I have supported people struggling with a wide variety of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, as well as bipolar disorder, people on the borderline spectrum, and psychosis.
If you're wondering what therapy with me might be like, or if you'd like to learn more, please reach out for a free 15-20 minute consultation. Don't hesitate to inquire about my sliding scale if you are exploring the option of beginning therapy but have financial need.
