Therapy is a space to get curious about areas in your life where you might feel stuck, anxious, or isolated. In our work together, I strive to create a space that builds capacity for you to face these areas of life by focusing on relationships, both past and present. In so doing, I hope to support you in arriving at a deeper sense of connection to the world around you and the people in it.
I have worked with people who struggle with many different forms of mental distress, including depression, anxiety, experiences of bi-polar disorder and psychosis, as well as difficulties navigating relationship dynamics or life transitions.
