Hi, I’m Ben.

The world today can be a confusing, troubling, and upsetting place. Whether you are feeling depressed, alone, or a sense of existential dread, therapy is a space to share your feelings with an emotionally engaged listener, and to find some relief. Together we will work to help you find your way in the world, including the areas in life in which you might be getting in your own way. As a therapist, I listen for underlying patterns and dynamics from earlier in your life, as well as for the ways in which experiences of oppression might be impacting you.

I have supported people struggling with a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, as well as bipolar disorder, people on the borderline spectrum, and psychosis.

My practice focus...

Mental health is complex, and struggles like anxiety and depression often intertwine with activism, creativity, and identity.
