Sliding Scale, Psychodynamic Therapy in Philadelphia, PA
Whether you’re feeling depressed, isolated, or alone, therapy is a space to share your feelings with a careful, attuned listener, and to find relief. Together, we’ll work to help you find your way in the world, including the areas in life in which you might be getting stuck.
My approach is deeply relational—the therapeutic relationship is central to how I work, and I bring a warm, collaborative, open stance to every session. I listen for underlying patterns and dynamics from earlier in your life, and how those might be showing up for you now.
I have extensive experience with supporting clients through mood and thought disorders— including bipolar disorder, borderline spectrum presentations, and psychosis—as well as more acute and immediate mental health concerns, and a wide range of other struggles like anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
I also work with trans, gender non-conforming, and queer folks, and bring both clinical experience and personal understanding to that work
